In this exclusive event, join expert Andy Slotin for an in-depth look at "The British Influence on Charleston Furniture and American Decorative Accessories" at his antiques shop on historic King Street. 

A descendant of expert appraisers, Andy Slotin is the co-owner and manager of George C. Birlant & Co. Antiques. Andrew is the past-president of CADA (Charleston Antiques Dealers Association) and currently a member of the Downtown Charleston Business Council. He is knowledgeable about and specializes in Antique English furniture, silver, porcelain, earthenware, crystal, brass, longcase clocks and fireside accessories and has worked continuously since 1986 at their family’s nationally renown business (and truly worked there since high school - every summer and most afternoons) while also traveling with his parents to England and the Continent since he was 15 on buying expeditions.  He is also a certified antiques appraiser.
