House & Garden Tours
Formerly known as the Festival of Houses and Gardens, the hallmark of the annual spring festival are the House & Garden Tours. These specially curated tours include access to privately owned historic homes, select interiors, private gardens, and more. Each category of House & Garden Tours offers something unique for each guest, local Charleston resident and visitors alike.
Street Tours
The most popular type of House & Garden Tour offered during the Festival, choose from one of the specially curated Street Tours for an intimate look at both private gardens, homes and interiors of Charleston. Each Street Tour is identified by a central and historic street, and tour properties are located on, or near, the central street and close to each other. Two dates offered per each Street Tour.
Beyond the Garden Gates
Perfect for passionate gardeners, Beyond the Garden Gates tours focus on the vast landscape architecture and historic gardens of Charleston's peninsula. Each tour is self-paced between properties and each garden includes docents to interpret and educate guests on the design, fauna, and flora guests will enjoy. Beyond the Garden Gates tours excuslively include gardens, no interiors.
Legacy Tours
Legacy Tours offer an intimate experience of the most magnificent properties on the peninsula, with expert guides at each prized site. Please note that we aim to offer the same three properties on each occurrence. The meeting point and starting location of each Legacy Tour will be emailed to ticketholders the week prior to the tour.
