About the event
For one weekend only, Historic Charleston Foundation is honored to present unique, site-specific designer vignettes at the Aiken-Rhett House Museum. The preserved-as-found historic property is a canvas and our invited designers will transform the spaces into captivating original designs inspired by historic preservation. Each vignette will be a testament to the designer’s unique vision; weaving together elements of style, culture, and preservation to lovingly compliment the treasured space. Guests are invited to view the Designer Vignettes March 15 through 17 to compliment your Charleston x Design experience.
The Designer Vignettes will only be open for view with a Designer Vignette Ticket to the Aiken-Rhett House Museum. Guided tours of the Aiken-Rhett House Museum will not be available during Designer Vignette tours. Please note, due to the historic nature of the space, the 1820s house is not handicap accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
